A 78-year-old male patient, without any discomfort, presented frequent ventricular premature contractions (PVC) in routine physical examination. The 24h Holter results showed more than 30,000 pvcs and long RR intervals (longer than 2 seconds). Further examinations indicated previous myocardial infarction. What’s the next therapeutic regimen for this patient?
78岁男性患者，无任何不适症状。常规查体发现频发室性早搏，Holter检查24小时室性早搏总数超过3万，并发现有大于2秒长间歇。其他检查提示有陈旧性心肌梗死。此患者下一步治疗方案？
