Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions (CCI)-CIT Special Issue Call for Papers
Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions (CCI) is an international journal covering the broad field of cardiovascular diseases. Professor Steven R. Bailey is the Editor-in-Chief. The journal is published by Wiley Publisher. The impact factor (2020) is 2.692. Subject material includes basic and clinical information that is derived from or related to invasive and interventional coronary or peripheral vascular techniques.
The cooperation between CCI and CIT started from 2015. CCI published the Special Issue for CIT meeting every year, 7 issues have been published successfully in the past seven years. The hardcopies of the Special Issues had been distributed to the attendees of the meeting. It was also published on Wiley Online Library before the meeting. From 2016, CIT meeting set the CCI CIT Special Issue session to let authors share their research, invite CCI editor and other key opinion leaders to make the comments and give the suggestion. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CIT2020 and CIT2021 meeting had been changed to online meeting, however, CCI CIT2020 and CCI CIT2021 Special Issue were published on plan. Totally 90 original articles have been published on the special issues during the years.
CIT will continue the cooperation with CCI, and CCI plan to publish the Special Issue for CIT2022 meeting. Academician Runlin GAO is invited as the Guest Editor, and Professor Bo XU is invited as the Executive Guest Editor. The editorial board of this issue is established with 30 top cardiologists who will help to review and screening the manuscripts. The selected manuscripts with high quality will be sent for the international peer review. The accepted ones will be published in this Special Issue in March 2022.
Please submit your manuscript of cardiovascular interventions in full text in English. The requirement of submission is as below.
The platform for submission：Please submit your English abstracts to CIT meeting. The full text manuscript (with English abstract, full text, figures and tables) should be sent by email to lijiang@wiley.com. Please be noted that your email should be titled “CCI2022-”.
