The Congress is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation. Please note, in the event that the China Interventional Therapeutics 2016, also known as CIT 2016, is abbreviated or canceled because of circumstances beyond the Chinese Medical Association's control, including, but not limited to, civil disturbance, earthquake, electrical outage, explosion, fire, freight embargo, strike or labor unrest, flood, hurricane, tornado or other acts of God, an act of war, terrorism, or the act of any government (de facto or de jure), or any government agency or official, the Chinese Medical Association reserve the right, at the Chinese Medical Association's sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate the Congress. In these circumstances, the registrant expressly agrees to waive any claim that he, she, or it may have against the Chinese Medical Association for damages or compensation, including, but not limited to, fees for registration, housing, airfare, and/or incidental charges.

American dollars can be changed into Chinese currency (RMB yuan) at a rate of about USD 1 to RMB 6.3690 as of September, 2015, but the exchange rate is subject to change.
